Cotic RoadRat Factory Alfine Bike
Apparently the most requested configuration, Cotic have started supplying RoadRats with the latest Shimano Alfine complete wheelsets.
Available from April, Alfine RoadRats will be offered at £849 with v-brakes and in flat-bar guise, a £989 option to have it equipped with Magura Julie disc brakes will also be offered. Both bikes therefore come in under the magic cycle-to-work-scheme £1000 limit.
The new Shimano Alfine wheelsets feature straight pull spokes and disc compatible hubs, the rear laced around the existing 8-speed Alfine hub gear.
